Application for the Community Assistance Fund Linked to this webpage is the *application form for a grant from the Community Assistance Fund of the Junior League of Champaign-Urbana. The purpose of our fund is to respond to the needs of non-profit organizations, specifically for programs and projects related to Junior League of Champaign-Urbana (JLCU) position statements. Projects should relate to child welfare, effective parenting, volunteerism, women's opportunities, development of the arts, elimination of domestic violence, opportunities for citizens with disabilities and senior citizens, protection of the environment or public health issues. Priority is given to funding direct service projects and grants are typically limited to $500. All Fall applications must be returned October 15th, 2008. The Community Assistance Fund Committee will review applications and each organization will be notified by November 15th, 2008.
